Park Avenue Tower

A 30-story, 502,000 SF LEED Platinum-certified tower rising above Director Park, Park Avenue blends luxury residential, premier office, and retail into one of Portland’s most iconic mixed-use developments. As part of the core operations and asset management team, we led efforts from ground-up construction through entitlement, TCO, tenant buildouts, and lease-up. The project became a skyline anchor and a blueprint for executing large-scale urban development with institutional discipline and local precision.

Multifamily Operations

Comprehensive oversight of a national multifamily platform spanning more than 3,500 units across the U.S. and Canada. Responsibilities included full-cycle asset and property management, execution of capital improvement programs, team leadership, and financial performance management. Through targeted NOI growth and disciplined expense control, the portfolio’s value increased from approximately $450M to $520M—demonstrating consistent operational excellence at scale.

PNW Revitalization

A once-abandoned roadside casino and restaurant was transformed into a thriving food hall and brewery, breathing new life into a long-neglected community asset. Our team executed targeted capital improvements to modernize the property and reposition it as a regional destination. The project delivered an 11% total return and a 17% IRR, with cash flow totaling 15% of operating income. This effort stands as a clear example of disciplined execution and the ability to turn overlooked assets into income-producing investments.
